Hi I am from India and married to a local woman in Moscow,Russia for last 17 years. I work here. I along with my wife and son want to visit Hungary on the new year(30dec -7jan). We have booked our trip(air tickets &Hotel reservation) thru a local travel agency.I am told I will need to apply separately . I want to know what are the required documents. To apply for the visa. how i can obtain a criminal record paper from Hungary? I live in Russia now, but i lived in Soviet Union military base in Hungary 40 years ago. The American Embassy want me to bring this record, because I apply for immigrant visa to go to USA to live with my son.What I need to get this record?
