A request for an entry visa
Dear sir/madam,

My name is Smbat Martirosyan and I am the owner of the foundation SCAON.
With my invitation the couple Gurgen Avagyan and Margarita Hovhanisyan did travel to the Netherlands.

The car that I was driving I did give it to mr. Gurgen as a gift, for which we have done all the paper work correctly.

The expire date of the visum of mr. Avagyan and mrs, Hovhanisyan was 12-07-2015.

They were at the 12-07-2015 at the border of Romania, but they didn't let
Them get into Romania, because they told them that they need an visa to enter Romania,
But it was sunday so they couldn't contact the ambasador.

They desided to cross te border from Hungary to Ukrain, because the nearest border was Berehovo.
The douane of Ukraine refuse to let them into the country, the reason theh use is they have to pay $18.000.

I think that is unbelievable to pay $18.000 for an BMW car from the year 2002.

They don't have that amount of money and can not travel back to their final destination, Armenia.

The healt situation of mrs. Hovhannisyan is verry bad,
They already asked two times for an ambulance and the doctors helped
them out.

I am begging you to give the couple an transit visa to can travel thru Belarus or other countrys which are on them path.

Sincerely,
Smbat Martirosyan
