property title
Hi my dad was killed two years ago in Honduras. He had lived in the USA since he was 2 years old. Later in life he met my mom and had me. I am a American Citizen by birth. My dad was deported after leaving the USA to go visit his parents grave. He did not know if you had a criminal record even if your time was served after 911 if you left the USA and your record had 3 strikes you could not come back. He was a father and brother and a grandfather. He worked in the construction union in NY since he was 18 and he worked in offices like the Bloomberge and the museum of natural history he was a interior designer in the construction world. He was killed in Tela Honduras . My question is I went to Honduras and was taken to a lawyer to deal with the house he left behind. I need to send my birth certificate. For getting my name on the house title. Can I do these stuff thru this office or do I need to travel back to Honduras I have contact numbers.last time I spoke to the lawyer they need my birth certificate to finalize everything.
