Hello: I've called 212-714-9450 and it is not in service--212-714-1466 has a full mailbox. i need information.. i already have the recomended documentation to travel with my small puppy. i want to make sure it's all correct and i don't need more. We will be leaving on 2/12/10 and need some answers as soon as possible.
