I need assistance with marrying a Honduran citizen abroad. I know that I need an affidavit of single status from the US but what else can I do in advance to our marriage in Honduras to ensure that we are able to legally marry while I am there.
My cruise ship will stop at Roatan, Honduras for a few hours, does that count as a transit?
Basically my mom has a Chinese passport, and a US greencard, doesn't have any visa from Honduras. My understanding is she does not need a transit visa. I don't know if she can visit Roatan for a few hours.....
My Honduran husband and I married in both the US and Honduras. We have been divorced in the US since 2005. We are still married in Honduras. I am no longer in contact with him. How can I get a divorce in Honduras from here, or should I even be worried about this? Thank you.
