Yes she can travel in and out with her Ty passport and US visa, as long as both documents have a minimum validity of 6 months after the visiting dates.

If your passport expired on February, and you are older than 21, you just need to bring that passport and the money order.

MAYORES DE EDAD:

- CEDULA
- EN CASO QUE NO TENGAN CEDULA PUEDEN PRESENTAR UN PASAPORTE DIGITAL EXPIRADO RECIENTE (NO SE VENCIO ANTES DEL 2011) O UN PASAPORTE A NO MAS DE 1 MES DE SU FECHA DE EXPIRACION

SI LA PERSONA ES MAYOR DE 21 Y NO TIENE NINGUNO DE LO DOCUMENTOS ANTERIORMENTE MENCIONADOS TIENE QUE PRESENTAR LOS SIGUIENTES DOCUMENTOS:
- PARTIDA DE NACIMIENTO DIGITAL CON CODIGO DE BARRA
- UNO DE LOS SIGUIENTES: COPIA DE SU REGISTRO DE VACUNAS/DIPLOMA DE SEXTO/NOTAS DE PRIMARIA/CONSTANCIA DE QUE ESTUVO EN LA ESCUELA/FE DE BAUTISMO
- COPIA CEDULA DE MAMA/PAPA
(TRES DOCUMENTOS EN TOTAL, UNO DE CADA INCISO)

- PARTIDA DE NACIMIENTO DIGITAL CON CODIGO DE BARRA
- AMBOS PADRES PRESENTES CON SU PASAPORTE/CEDULA
- SI UNO DE LOS PADRES NO PUEDE ESTAR PRESENTE, ESE TIENE QUE MANDAR UNA AUTORIZACION NOTARIZADA CON COPIA DE SU CEDULA/PASAPORTE
- MENORES DE EDAD SOLO PUEDEN TRAMITAR POR 5 AÑOS.

TODO tramite se debe pagar con money order de western union o money gram.

mi esposo tiene passaporte pero se le acaba de expirar en mayo, queremos viajar a atlanta a renobarlo,que necesitamos ademas de su passaporte para el tramite.
Tambien su hijo que llego el año pasado quiere hacer el tramite el tiene su cedula y una partida de nacimiento.
