I have mail my passports 4 pictures $130 and my application form UPS tracking number has confirm that the Embassy has received my application since 1/6/2016 i have not receive my passport yet
my mother died august 4 and was to be buried February 27th.PLEASE MAY I KNOW WHY SINCE NOVENBER 2015 TILL NOW I HAVE I HAVE NEVER RECEIVD MY PASSPORT. NB I am a disable American army veteran.
This is really bad for us so why can this problem of passports be address please

You are United States please learn from them and stop that.
I called the embassy a few days ago to get information on passport renewal, and was addressed so rudely on the phone by a woman (how I wish I caught her name). The comments on here scare me so much about mailing my passport to be renewed, because the embassy sounds beyond incompetent. You are representing Ghana here in the US. If you don't like the jobs you have, quit and give PROFESSIONAL, QUALIFIED people the opportunity.
I pray I get a response to my message.
With the delay in processing passports, can one get a letter from the embassy regarding expired export so one can travel back home(Ghana)?

This is so bad. I have mailed in my old passport, money order, paid for return postage and all that was required. I was told, it will take 10 to 15 days to get my passport but its been a month now and am yet to get my passport.They don't even reply my e-mails neither do they pick my calls. Shame on you. After reading all these posts, it's like you guys do this on daily bases.

I am married to a Polish woman who has a Ghanaian passport, are there fees which are required by the government for her to come to the USA? I can get her K1 Visa here in the States but what else is needed?
