Writing letters to the embassy is it necessary?
Good Day mates, top of the day to you. My lady friend in Accra wants to come to America and be with me, hopefully marrying me. She keeps telling me that I must write a letter to the embassy in Accra before they will issue her a visa. She does have a valid passport already. Is this true If so, just what should be included in the letter and to whom should it be addressed?
