Comments on this Embassy
I mailed in my passport renewal application on the 19th of May 2016. I received my renewed passport today(9th of June). I would give credit when it's due. Kuddos to the DC Ghana Embassy!!
Hi can somebody please let me know if passports can be renew no in the USA. I called and they told me otherwise. Thank you
My passport was received by the Ghana embassy 12 days ago by the. I paid $180 for the expedite service (which according to the embassy should take only 5 days) and yet I haven't received anything.
Whats going on with this embassy? Does this embassy understand how much pain and problems they are causing to its nationals? I need to travel for work with my passport, and its not here yet. This embassy is going to make me lose my job.
can anyone please help those of us who live in the Bahamas to fast track our passport renewal? the only legal document accepted by the authorities here is a valid passport with a work permit stamp in it or a residence permit stamped in it and since the passports are taking longer than it used to be, many of us are getting very worried as to what to do.
Does anyone have information on the issue with the passport issuance whether its been fixed at the DC office? Thanks

It is unfortunate that after all the stupid issues that goes on in our country is been displayed for the
I think the embassy has to do a better job of communicating that to Ghanaians that at least they've resolved the issue and have began processing. I sent my passport in on Feb 1 and have not received it yet. The only way to reach them is through email since no one picks up the phone ever! Overall, the service they provide is just ridiculous; almost like it's for free or they're doing Ghanaians and everyone else a favor. I can't wait for this nightmare to be over.
Very sad!
It pathetic that almost four months now, the passport issue has not been resolved. Does anybody care about the frustrations people are going through. People need their passport for school, traveling for all sorts of things and they are stuck. That's someone life Thsee Embassies are playing with.
