I would like to apply for a visa, short term to visit my family and i tried the given contact numbers but nobody picked up the phone.

Where is the embassy located? can i make an appointment? and apart from my passport and copy, Alien Registration and copy, 2 passport photographs, is there anything else i need?

I'd appreciate your quick response.
