One suggestion
To whom it may concern,

Please make an announcement online about the time they can apply visa. Otherwise, if people went to the embassy of Germany in Seoul with no such notice, the officer may say "It is too early to apply, we can not issue".

Best,
Ben

Health Insurance
Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to ask where I can find a health insurance for a Schengen visa in Korea. I currently have a Korean national insurance, does it count?

Best regards.
