Hello sir/madam Actually I have permesso di soggiorno(Temporary resident permit) of Italy and I am keen to study in Germany. So my question is , can I directly go to German and study there like others european citizens do or do i have to fulfill any special criteria?

Hello Sir/Madam Please let me know I have the visa from Paksitan to Italy with Multi entries. I have submitted my documents to the police for license of stay but my oppointment date is very late it is 4th of August 2016 and after this I have to wait for more few days to get the lisence.
