I am writing to you knowing about the conversion of Student PR . If someone wants to totally shifted to Germany from Italy then then what will be the procedure for that to convert easily, and what things to required for this process.?

I need a information about legalisation. My wife is german we both are living in Italy now she have work here. We wanted to do a marriage. For marriage in Italy she need her birt certificate and her unmarried certificate from German. We have everything but she just need legalised her documents. i have spent more than one year in germany. i am now in italy. two weeks ago i was called by bundus immigration at heidelberg for my asylum interview but i ran away fearing deportation because i have two police cases. they are cases of groping and stealing laptop from media market. but now i regreted running away. i want to return back to germany to attend the interview and settle the police cases. please can your embassy help me return back to germany?

Dear Sir.,I have student visa for one year. I loos my University and Now I want to study in Germany. So, I need to apply for Germany study visa here. Or I must back to Iran to get the Germany study visa?
