Studying
Hallo Herr oder Frau,
I am a Ghanaian citizen living in Italy and I have the Italian Carta di soggiorno but I applied to a German university and I have been given an adimission letter. So I would like to know whether my status of the possession of the Italian staying permit still requires me to apply for a visa before I can study in Germany and if in case I am still required to apply for a visa, is a guarantor enough to proof my capability of financing my studies even if I don't have the amount of money required to be deposited in my block account in Germany? Pls you can answer to this email address: Prynze96@gmail.com
Thank you for your patience.

Where should I apply for a Germany student visa in Italy?
I am a prospective student at University of Hamburg for the coming academic year that starts in October 2017. I am currently staying in Italy for studying purposes and I have to stay till take the exams and wait for the results which will be around end of July. So I have to apply for the German student Visa in Italy. I live in Padova and I don't know here should I go and what should I do? I am currently opening a block account at Deutsche Bank to fulfill my Visa required documents.

Best regards,

Mohamed
