Hello I'm a Mexican citizen that needs a Certificate of Good conduct from German since I live in there between 2002-2004. I understand from the information in the internet that I can apply for this certificate via post but a German consular representative needs to officially certify my personal data. My question is: can I come to your office and get this official certification from you? Does it cost? do I need to make an appointment?
