Visa Refusal
I'm devastated. On 26th November 2013,i submitted a short visit visa application accompanied with all the requested documents to the T.I was given the collection date of 5th Dec,2013,2pm-4pm.
I turned up that day and the lady at the counter asked me when i was scheduled to travel to which i responded 12th Dec.She said"its not ready, come tomorrow between 8.30a.m-10.30a.m
I turned up only for the same lady to keep me waiting for close to an hour as she dished out visas.
I believe she stamped my passport a refusal stamp while i sat there. She even preceeded to issue me with a letter she printed and stamped as i waited.
When i asked her why my visa was denied, she responded
"you and i both know, don't even go there"
To me this sounded like intimidation and i was so disoriented to even respond.
I feel that this lady discriminated me for reasons that she only knows.
I feel so hated especially seeing that all the gentlemen that turned up with me were granted visas.

Un answered line
Good afternoon,

I hope you are well. I have been trying to call the number provided but it goes unanswered. Could there be an alternative way of contacting the embassy?

Much regards,
E Kibuchi
