My wife and my children have fled to Lebanon fearing of the intensification of the pace of the war in Syria ... I ask for asylum to France with my family , the situation in Syria or Lebanon is unstable and there is risk to my family in Lebanon also, we need safe life and better future for my family and also we suffering from many problems especially concerning of education and health and my children lost any chance to continue studying , and we lost our homeland Palestine and our second country Syria , and now we are without Home, without future, without safety.

Je me présente Tarek HASSAN. J'avais déposé une demande de visa (étudiant LS) pour la France auprès du consulat français à Beyrouth le 23/12/2014.
J'ai joignt à mon dossier une attestation de pre-inscription au cours de civilisation française de la Sorbonne.
Cette demande de visa a été réfusé, mais sans aucune réponse écrite.
Or il me faut une "preuve de réfus" du consulat pour récupérer les frais de pre-inscription. Alors j'aimerais que vous me fassiez une attestation indiquant que ma demande de visa a été réfusée.
PS: Veuillez trouver en PJ la récépissé de ma demande de visa.

Bonjour je m'appelle Mayssam, je suis de nationalité syrienne. Je suis titulaire d'une licence en physique et je veux continuer mes études dans ce domaine mais ici à cause de la guerre je suis incapable de faire aucune chose, ni étudier, ni travailler. Par contre, j'ai lu quelques part que vous aidez les syriens qui sont dans des situations difficiles, à voyager en France. Pourriez-vous s'il vous plaît m'expliquer et me donner des détails et quelles sont les conditions?
