Can we get a visa for a Lebanese and Tunisian Passport holders? If so, what will be the requiremenst and procedures then?

هو يسعي لاستخراج تاشيره اقامه اي بالامارات ولاكن هناك مشكله
بعد ما ايجار الشقه والسعي له وعند استكمال جميع الاوراق المطلوبه منه اكتشف اليوم ان يجب ان يكون مرتبه ازيد من 10 الاف درهم وهو 6 فقط
مع انه سال قبل ذلك

hi i m trayelling to egypt in one weeks.2 day i m going egyptian embaasy and asking trayelling requirements my token no 3066.but he man said me u have no visa i m asking y?but they no answer me.before i m five country trayeling so plz give me reason my Emile kamran_bu@yahoo.com
Please advise if a South African passport holder get Egypt on arrival or we need to arrange one prior to the travel to Egypt.
