Hello, I am Filipina- christian and got married to Egyptian- muslim last year. For filipinas, you need to apply for Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage in Philippine Consulate. Please check the official website for requirements. Egypt Embassy required that paper plus the medical results from DHA. Hope this info helps. All the best.

No response from Egyptian consulate which is very typical of their ignorant low standards of customer service.
