Hi representative of embassy/consulate of Czech Republic,
I am Shubhank Bajpai and I am trying to apply for the Employee Card to work in Czech Republic. My future employer (sponsor) and I have got all the documentation ready and need to submit the application. I am currently in Mumbai, India. I had a couple of question as listed below. Can you please help me answer them.
1) How can I get an appointment to submit the application along with all the documentation?
2) Can this be submitted in Mumbai (Czech Republic Consulate) or this is only possible in Delhi (Embassy of Czech Republic)?
I look forward to hearing from you regarding the above matter so I could submit the application in a timely manner.

I have got my national D visa for Czech Republic on the student basis. I am planning to fly on 9 october.
My query is whether I can go to Germany or any other EU countries on this visa? Because my flight is from Mumbai to Delhi to Frankfurt and from Frankfurt I am planning to go by bus to Liberec as any other airlines won't allow the baggage above 23kg.
