We lived on Colaba Rd. Bombay and were
visited often by J. Nehru.

I am Shubhank Bajpai and I am trying to apply for the Employee Card to work in Czech Republic. My future employer (sponsor) and I have got all the documentation ready and need to submit the application. I am currently in Mumbai, India. I had a couple of question as listed below. 1) How can I get an appointment to submit the application along with all the documentation?
2) Can this be submitted in Mumbai (Czech Republic Consulate) or this is only possible in Delhi (Embassy of Czech Republic)?

I would like know following information :
My son Ashik Awate studying at Switzerland and pursuing his MBA through City University.Settale. Now the school at Switzerland has gone bankrupt and hence my son was sent to Vyoska Skola Financnia Spravni.o.p.s Prague. He has a student visa expires on 21s May'2011.
Recently he had sent the scanned copy of his passport and letter from college shifting him at Prague for his visa and further wanted the Criminal Clearance Certificate from mumbai... though the papers have been processed by me Ashik mother... Now he has mailed me that for a student Visa he also need to have B Permit... and for which he will have to come to India.
Can you guide me what is the procedure and how do i go about... or else i need to send legal notice to the school at Prague
