Please let me know how I can apply for a Buisness Visa and Tourist Visa procedure as well.

Please let me know whether a Chinese National who is a Managing Director of a Company in Sri Lanka having residence visa could apply from Sri Lanka for a Business visa to Czech Republic? If so, can the application be made to the French Embassy in Sri Lanka?
