phone and email to the Chinese embassy ho Chi Minh
As I live three hours drive from Ho Chi Minh city,I have been trying for one week to phone and email the Chinese consulate in Ho Chi Minh without success.
I require double entry Tourist Visa for China.
But cannot get any response from your consulate
No one could be that busy!!
They had me on hold for twenty minutes on the telephone and then did not answer.
None of my emails have been replied to.
I would not be suprised if no one at the consulate spoke English.
The only saving grace is that the Russian Embassy is worse.
I was planning a holiday to both China and Russia, but because I am unable to communicate with either of your embassies
I will probably have to restrict my travel to Korea and Japan.
If your countries are really interested in the tourist dollar then you need to make access to your countries a lot simpler and easier, having a working consulate would be a start
If the Australian embassy was run the same way I would be ashamed.
I am dissapointed and upset that the consulate of your country is giving such a bad imppression with it's poor service which is without doubt virtualy turning people away from visiting China
Is all of China so disintrested tourism ?
Kind Regards
