can i apply HKG new passport in HCM ? If so , how long for whole processing and how much ?

I am a Nepalese citizen and have been residing in Ho Chi Minh City since 2012 because of employment at manager level. I have valid work permit and temporary residence permit in Vietnam. I have registered to participate officially G2E-gaming expo 2017 to be held in Macau between 16-19 May, 2017.
Would you please advise me the necessary documents that are required to apply for Macau visa for Nepalese passport holder.
I already have a Chinese visa. However, my passport expired and I need to have it transferred to my new passport. Do I need an appointment for this? Is there a fee?

I am a Spanish citizen, resident in the Philippines and in visit to Vietnam. I wolud like to travel to China from Sept. 15 to Sept. 25. Can you specify the requirements to bring to the consulate?

Hello I am now in china, and I wanted to visit Vietnam. I would like to know how long time does it take to make new visa to china ? How much is it ? I just need one single entrance visa to china for 1-2 months. And I need to make as soon as possible in HO CHI MINH. I am from poland ;)
