Embajada de China en Hanoi

THE WORST SERVICE EVER
Our experience dealing with the Chinese visa from the embassy in Hanoi is a nightmare. We present all the documents requested on Monday. The woman who checked us in at window number 5 treated us with hatred and spoke very badly. Some documents, like flights, had parts written in Spanish. The woman never informed us that everything must be written in English or Chinese. He told us after two days, when we went to pick up the visa, and in very bad ways. When we asked him why he did not tell us before, he simply answered: that is not my problem and she immediately called the security man to get us out of the embassy. Like we're delinquents! Definitely these are not ways to treat tourists who, with all the illusion, want to go to visit this country. The image of the people of China is, unfortunately, very damaged because of people like this woman. Now we are considering seriously to visit China.

Buenos días,

Soy Argentino y tramité la visa para China desde Vietnam, nunca me preguntaron la fecha en la que quería viajar y me pusieron como fecha de entrada antes del 19 de noviembre del 2012 y yo tengo pasaje para el 26 de noviembre.
Hay alguna manera de resolverlo?
Por favor si pueden responderme me sería super útil!!!
