I am trying to find out the requirements for bringing a minor to Canada with me for a vacation. I am unable to contact the Naples consulate after 2 days of phoning. Today the answering machine is overloaded with calls and will not accept any more calls on hold. Any suggestions that a Can. citizen can do in this case? This doesn't seem possible in 2012.
