i m living in osaka japan as a student now i would like to study in canada so how can i apply from here osaka to canada?
My mother arrived in the Philippines lasts July 2010.she wasn't able to report at the Canadian embassy until now.her passport will be expired on July 2013.can she renew her Canadian passport?
