INTRODUCTION:International migration is a global phenomenon that is growing in scope,nature,complexity and impacts.migration as a discourse is both a cause and effect of broader development processes and an intrinsic feature of ever globalizing strategy,force and panacea for development when assisted by the right set of policies leading to goals actualization.Parallely,the rise in global mobility,the growing complexity of migratory patterns and its logical impacts in countries,migrants,families and across international communities have to global migration becoming a priority for industralization,commercialization,privatization,investment and partnership in the world view.THE CONTEXT AND IT'S BENEFITS:The Second General Assembly buttress on-High-Level dialogue on International migration and development(New York,3-4 Oct 2013),stressed on the preparation for the Post-2015(United Nations Agenda)as well as the 2014 Special Session of the General Assembly on the implementation of the programme meant to harness the benefits of migration,to address migration challenges and to improve the global governance of migration for social integration,cohesion and inclination impelling global development and growth.
