Dear Sir,
I want to apply for a Masters Course in Antwerp University of Belgium. According to their requirement my certificates and academic transcripts are to be authenticated by Embassy/Counselor Office of Belgium in Dhaka or my University. As I am student of Chittagong University but live in Dhaka, it will be very difficult for me to go to my University in current political situation. This is why I to depend on the Embassy/Counselor Office of Belgium in Dhaka. Can you please suggest me a time so that I can come with all of my documents that need to be authenticated?
