Please be informed that my brothe-in-law live in Belgium last 7 years. He wants to bring his spouse and daughter in Belgium. Now he prepared documents (Marriage Certificate and birth certificate of daughter)with the attestation of Foreign Ministry. Now need the attestation of Belgium consulate.
