Belgian Honorary Consulate in Colombo, Sri Lanka
Dear Mr. Pierre Pringiers,
I am senior lecturer working in the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Peradeniya. I have been selected for “Katholieke Universiteit Leuven as a Visiting Fellow under the K.U.Leuven Interfaculty Council for Development Co-operation specialization programme”
KE Leuven international admissions and mobility unit needs information about obtaining visa (for 3 months). They are planning for send some documents directly to the Belgian Consulate or Embassy where I am plan to apply for your C-visa.
My flight scheduled: Date of departure – 7th Feb 2016
Date of return – 29th April 2016
I am glad if could send me or Mrs. Lief Van Rillaer, Case administrator (visitings@kuleuven.be) for the necessary information regarding visa

I was trying to contact Belgium Embassy in sri lanka from belgium the telephone no recording says temporary disconnected. The no I tryed was 009411 250 4351. My e mail - ashaucanfly@yahoo.co.in
