Comments on this Honorary Consulate
The office of the Honorary Belgian Consulate in Cartagena, after many years of doing so has now refused to sign my Certificate de Vie and has informed me I now need to send the forms by post to Alicante for authentication. This means that somebody in Alicante is going to state that I am still alive without actually seeing me. Is this new procedure correct?
