Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Madame le Consul Anneke MUSSCHE à ALICANTE pour la serviabilité et la célérité dont elle a fait preuve lors de la perte de mon passeport à Torrevieja. Grâce au passeport provisoire j'ai pu reprendre mon avion sans problèmes.
On April 10th 2017, I did send an e-mail,to your consulate, to report that my passport was stolen. Todate, I haven't received a reply yet from the consulate. [at first the Paris embassy asked me to deal with the Madrid embassy who did ask me to write to the Alicante consulate ...]
May I request your assistance, please?
