Dear all
I applied for VISA on Thursday 09 OCT 2014.
My application "Ibrahim Hassan Mohamed Eissa" No. is 4631 , and the application of my colleague Tarek El-Ghazaly is 4632.
Please Advise when I can come to take the VISA ?
My flight , it is supposed to be on Tuesday 14 OCT 2014 at 10:00 O'clock .

I have an important meeting in GNSS topic "Joint meeting Euromed Aviation and GNSS working group" with European commission ,EC on 15 OCT 2014 in brussels .
I am representing civil aviation of Egypt in MEDUSA project, GNSS II.I work in ministry of civil aviation as a general manager of satellite communication.
I want to submit my documents with my colleauge Tarek El-Ghazaly , but the embassy said the first time to submit my document will be after 05 NOV 2014 .
this time is completely out of the meeting time.
Please I need an urgent time to submit my documents ASAP (today or tomorrow).
