This is Nevin Aly assistant lecturer at Suez University Egypt. I am invited to contribute in 3rd International Conference on Salt Weathering of Buildings and Stone Sculptures, SWBSS2014 which will be hold in Brussels at the Royal Institute for Cultural Heritage on October 14-16 2014.
I asked for appointment to introduce the required documents (but if you please later than 10 of September as i am in Madrid- Spain these days).

I was nominated with another friend of mine from the National Bank of Egypt to attend HR Seminar to be held in Luxembourg from 7 to 16 September 2014
After passing all the exams and the interviews with ATTF (financial technology transfer agency) we are trying to find an appointment for visa from 2 weeks ago but the soonest appointment till now is 1st of September 2014 , and it goes without saying that this appointment is NOT convenient and very late .
Could you please facilitate taking another appointment as soon as possible to be able to attend this Seminar ?
I can send you the invitation we received from ATTF (financial technology transfer agency www.attf.lu) noting that this event is held under the supervision of POG (Personnel Officers' Group Luxembourg www.pog.lu )

ما هى الاوراق المطلوبه لدعوتى صديقى لحضور حفل زواجى فى بلجيكا
تقدمنا بطلب تاشيره دخول لابنى على شريف نبيل حسنى وزوجتى فاتن فريد سلامه ابو زيد بتاريخ 26 يونيه2014 وستوفيت الاوراق المطلوبه وطلبوا منى حجز الطيران خاصه انها ليست اول مره لليغر الى بلجيكا وبالفعل حثلت زوجتى على التاشيره ولكن تم طلب شهاده ميلاد لابنى على تكون موثقه ومترجمه وتم عمل المطلوب بالاضافه لعمل موافقه فى السفاره على سفر ابنى مع والدته مع العلم ان على عنده 11 سنه فقط وكان هذا بتاريخ 13 يوليه 2014 وحتى الان لم يحصل ابنى على التاشيره بالرغم انه تم الحجز للطيران بتاريخ 1 اغسطس 2014 ارجوكم الرد قمت بعمل ميلات وفاكسات ولا احد يرد ولا ادرى لماذا وامه لاتستطيع السفر بدونه كما انه يسال لماذا لم احصل على التاشيره هو انا ارهابى ولا ايه لماذا يتم معامله اولادنا بهذت الشكل نريد ان نعرف الرد ارجوكم
I have an invitation letter to Ghent university- Belgium.
1- I received the invitation letter by mail, can I start the procedure of get the visa to Belgium with E-mail copy or hard copy is needed.
2- I had read all instructions on the embassy site (http://countries.diplomatie.belgium.be/en/egypt/travel_belgium/visa_belgium/long_stay/study/), But I want to ask if I paid the visa-handling fee, and there is a problem, can I continue again after solving a problem without pay another visa-handling fee.
