Please I need help to get Belgium tourism visa.
I am from Libyan I have joined at Libyan Petroleum Institute (LPI) and I would like to apply for visa to attend Conference PEFTEC 2017 will be held on 29h & 30 of November 2017 at the Antwerp,Belgium , please book an appointment for me to apply for visa and I finished my application.

I am from Libya and I would like to complain about your visa section, My many times I were trying to book an appointment to apply for visa but I spend to much money on international calls but not respond just answer machine.
Since you are represent the Belgian embassy in Tripoli you should make email or phone number for just Libyans.
