My husband harassed me on false allegations and then FIR No.80 dated 08-07-2011 u/s 498-A was registered against him at police station SultanpurLodhi, Distt, Kapurthala, Punjab, India. By me.
My husband neither sending me maintenance nor he has contacted me, he is absconding from law in india. Now niether he is accepting me nor his perents accepting also. I am running from pillar to post to get justice as my husband has spoiled my life.
We are not court married because my parents was illiterate they did not know any rules about this. Now me and my parents are suffering from great depression because it concede very shameful in our society.i belong from poor family. So please help me.
