You now go to foreign ministry of Pakistan (wazarat Khalifa islamabad) there attest your certificate and then you go to Afghanistan embassy.After you done this you come to Afghanistan and attest it in Afghanistan foreign ministry in Kabul.After that your certificate is acceptable in Afghanistan.
Do islamabad embassy has Afghan computrized passports?

As slam o alikom sir I am an afghan refuge student live in Kohat There the health insetetute I want to admit in but they say to me u should an afghan passport so there the passport started or no not if start what condition for passport ?? Thank you sir from your reply
Aoa sir I m an afghan citizen and i got married to a pakistani citizen I applied for pakistani ID card but they are asking for afghani passport I can't go to Afghanistan for this.....I hv afghani tazkera can I get afghan passport from islamabad afghan embassy????
