Comments on this Embassy
hello, how often do you update the available dates for appt booking? i have been unable to find any dates for the month of June, July,and august. There seems to be some sort of slacking on the part of those doing these updates thereby leaving clients in frustration.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;
My Son and I visited the Ambassy in Yaounde last week for a passport renewal, we were sent to Douala because that is were we live but on Monday June 18th, 2012 inspite numerous phone calls made the person in charge of passport services was unavailable finally someone answered the phone suggested that our present at the consulate office was the best solution upon arrival no body was available to attend to us. this type of behavior was really on call for. we hope that on our future visit at the Douala consular office things will improve.
Thanks in Advance
