My fiance had his VISA interview Oct. 1, 2013. He was approved for his VISA then he was put in AP. It has now been over 70 days. We can't get any answers. We have used a lawyer and a U.S. Congressman for help. We are trying to get him here as soon as possible, as my father is dying of cancer. We very much need him here befor my dad dies. Can anyone help up PLEASE???
