Dear consulate, PLEASE explain to me why at the time of my interview of Sept. 26, 2013. There were women and men whom they called ahead of me and they told them they would get there visas right away? when it was my turn they di not tell me anything just they would call me. It's been 5 months and I have not heard anything. My wife is becoming ill from all of this hoping and waiting. We are humans with feelings and we very much do miss each other. The man officer told him my cousin, as my husbands sponsor didn't make enough money and my husband told him he made another two thousand from a government pension he receives every month which would be enough and the officer told my husband he didn't have the proof yet he had all the paper work from the NVC. The officer told him very rudely he was the one to make the final decision. I am becoming ill over all of this mess. It's 5 months now and they still haven't answered him.

U.S. Citizen needs an answer please!!!!!
My husband is in Morocco and went to his interview on Sept.26th 2013. There was a man and an Asian woman officers who met with him. The woman asked him questions that not even I, his wife would know the answers to and they were about me. I emailed them and told them I would be in Morocco till November in case they wanted to ask me anything and they never answered. They were unprofessional and rude to him.

I filed form DS 160 for my mom to come and visit me ,everything was done and even paid for the visa fee.... We were unable to get an appointment AT ALL . Whenever I go to the website to book her appointment it says no appointment is available , what is that suppose to mean !? Do I have to keep trying !? Do they have a phone number they can be reached at , or at least a help desk !!!!!! This is sucks :/
