The undersigned is a Filipina lady, legal age and presently resides in the - Philippines. I wish to make this " Inquiry " to your Diplomatic Consular Office out there in the afformentioned address. I feel this is the Office who can give me the Exact Inquiry I would like to know. This is it !
Sir, Madame, last Jan. 13 I met an American friend from Houston, TX - USA. ( NAME WITH HELD TEPMORARILY ) a businessman who attended a Week - Long Buss. Conference at Warri City, Delta State in that country.
This man encountered a lot of problems during his stay there. He asked me for some financial help for all the difficulties he encountered during his stay there up to the present which are as follows;
# 1 - His daughter Sarah - 11 yrs.
had an Acute Appendicitis & was
operated at Safari Hospital,
Warri City, Delta State. He
asked me to help him with $ 350
( USD ) I did sent Via Western
Union.
# 2 - To buy the Airline Ticket, he
asked to share him $ 550( USD)
I did just the same...
# 3 - Accordingly he said, that he
already bought the Airline
Ticket but needs again $ 100
(USD) for his Travel Allowance
as he'll be traveling with his
two kids, two days ago.
Yesterday, I already told him that; I CANNOT HELP HIM WITH $ 100 (USD) again !!!I FIND IT ALREADY BEYOND MY CAPACITY TO RAISE IT AGAIN !!!
I'm inclined to help him again..BUT..BUT..BUT..PERHAPS, NOT UNTIL WHEN I'LL HEAR YOUR REPLY TO THESE TWO INQUIRIES FROM YOU...Here they are;
