delayed processing, wrong decision made and wrong refusal letter given
I applied to visit the UK on the 28th of October to attend a conference on the 10-12 of November 2014. Though, there was delay in the Proccessing from the Embassy which affected the trip. But as I picked up my passport on the 26th of November, which was yesterday, I was surprised that I was refused.
The refusal letter is not in my name and the reason for that person's refusal is different from what I applied for.
All my documents are very complete and I passed my video conference credibilty interview and I was told congratulations by the interviewer.
Before I got to the embassy, they have closed. Hence this email.
I would want to know how my visa can be issued so I can attend upcoming conference and the refusal overturned.
