I have the right of appeal but I dont want to appeal it because don't know when will be the hearing...so I want to submit a fresh case and want ti submit that refusal latter with explanation of those points... yes brother the other 3 were written in that latter but I am not home so busy since last night because of friend's wedding so that was the only point I rememberd I will share it tonight inshallah....... Jazakallah
Bro did u get chance to send refusal reasons?
Was that the only reason u mentioned there werr 4 points
when i first applied in 2013 at that time my wife was working in a company later when i withdrawn my case and applied again in 2014 so the company where my wife used to work was takeover by another company so they changed all the names etc .. so that was the reason that they think that 1st you mentioned one company and now another .. but that's a common thing companies changes there names when ever they want ....
one of my friend get the spouse visa within 3 weeks time. he is so lucky man .but he have one child in uk with her wife.
he went to uk on visit visa and got married there
after one year he apply for the spouse
and now he get it
