A reply received from BHC.

The home office welcomes a major court of appeal judgment, handed down on 11 July, which upholds the lawfulness of the minimum income threshold under the new family migration rules.
This means that we are now processing cases that haven on hold since July2013. You will be contacted by Gerry's when we have concluded your application.
