I am not that same person whoever that was stole my name and he wasnt even from the UK, he was from pakistan, i have only put a couple of messages up before a while ago, i am from the UK i apllied for my husbands visa last July got a response this July, i dont know who you are talking about but i have posted no such messages on here and nor do i have the intention of arguing or abusing anyone i already have too much stress on my head to wage a cyber war with people who i do not personally know, i just need some advice if a letter from HMRC saying that i am employed but showing no tax information will be acceptable, if no one can help then thats fine i will just go elsewhere but if someone can just provide some insight would be great. Thanks

Hi i need help, my husbands visa gor rejected a couple of weeks ago so we have decided to reapply. I need a letter from HMRC but when i ring them they have a record of me working for my second employer but they dont have any record of the tax that i have paid for that job, the woman over the phone told me that some employers dont submit the information electronically they submit it as a whole for all their employees and not individually, she said that she can send me a letter stating that i work for both my employers but the second job will not have the tax information, what shall i do? will that information be enough. Really stressed, i feel its never going to happen.

Don't worry InshaALLAH they are working on your application and soon they will reply. Due to a lot of pending/ on hold application BHC process time has increased.

Salaam, no they didn't ask for extra documents and I have emailed them a few times they keep replying with your application is under process and we haven't made a decision yet? Don't know wat that means

Hafsah yes you are right your application is under process as BHC process every application through different checks like, Couple is above 18 years, relationship is genuine, Communication proofs(Emails, calling record, what’s app, skype, viber, face time, face book, tango, nimbiz etc) are sufficient, sponsor is meeting threshold, tax paid, residence of sponsor, etc.
If you don’t mind to share documents attached with your application? I will recommend, confirm your tax has been paid by employer from HMRC.
Imran did BHC demanded extra documents? Yes InshaALLAH you will not on hold and hope fully you will listen soon about your visa granted Ameen. Did you email BHC regarding your application status?
New start Its just one month to submit your application. Read my comments for Hafsah please. I will also request you to confirm your tax payments from HMRC.

One of my friends was saying that BHC may be divided staff into two teams. 1 will work and resolve on hold application and second will verify new applications. So hope fully all new application will be decided in give time InshaALLAH. On the other hand all hold cases will also be decided into 4 weeks.
May ALLAH SWT grant all visas soon Ameen.

Yes u can atleast email them and ask them what is latest with ur application and has eco opened the file. They have also said publicly u can track ur status through mail.
How many month wage slips did u submit?
