Where did she submit visa application? They did return her passport after interview?

Sana if you are going to reapply application second time. Definitely BHC will consider you as a fresh applicant and you have to provide a valid TB test and English language requirements. But discuss with your solicitor.

dear she had interview at british high commision face to face
when I submitted my application within a month I had intrview and than after 2 weeks I got back my passport.....
submitted. in June...and on 1st August I got Rfc.....
well sister o dont know about englisg test but when your Tb test expired you have to renew it.... I dont think you have to renew your English test.... anyway ask your friends and your lawyer they will geuid yoyou...Jazakkallah

Which visa center she submitted application? Did it was a telephone interview?
today my wife had interview at BHC and in the end they told her that they will contact me to let her know that her passport is ready for collection as she lives in afghanistan. its hard to contact her. i did not understand what they mean plzz help me.
how long does it take to enquire a 100 pages???? for the bhc a hundred years is less ....there so mick takin humans in this world......arghhhhhhhh.......god creates a life in 9 months and these guyz cant go through a file in 11 months .....allah help us...plzzzzzzz....im gona go mad

Allhumdulilah gd,then its gd if ur lawyer goes do appeal u hv 12/13 days left inshallah evrythng gna b ok dnt worri,ur timeline b4 wht,s i gt my passport aftr 16month wbu?
I am.good how are you no I didnt still have 16 days for it...so making mind for it... my lawyer told me to do appeal when he saw my refusal letter.... so thats why we are thinking to do appeal but we haven't take decission yet.....
