sorry to use these words , but u can tell me since when i am here people are abusing me and using bad words , when people say bad words to me and make fake name of me and use dirty words here where are u at that point why u r ot say anything

( ( ( u r da one trying to confuse everyone tribunal sends appeal bundle to Pakistan as they did wid mine my hubby contacted them yesterday and they siad have made copy of all documents and sent to Pakistan so stop giving false info hea )))))))
now she said in her last msg that tribunal never send any documents to applicant but to ecm in Islamabad if u have doubt y dont u call tribunal and if u need number i will give u
and well wisher u said ka ecm recieve a copy documents by tribunal ,,,,,,,, now u tell is it me misinformed or you and ameena
so i request u and a girl like ameena plz stop spreading wrong information in this forum

i dont have time to abuse losers like u and y dont u use ur common sense they never send any documents to applicant but to ecm in Islamabad if u have doubt y dont u call tribunal and if u need number i will give u their number and mr in oral hearing u physically attend the hearing while in paper hearing no need to be present physically judge overlooks ur paperwork and informs u by letter so grow up man and stop giving false info as people are spending too much on their visas and coz of people like u they get refused y dont u just leave and everyone join immigration group on facebook where lot of people are helping eachother free of cost they dont charge a single penny they just share their xperiences and help eachother
Ok tell me something, what can we do if we r nit getting a hearing date and the case is in listing for months ,? What will u suggest if I need ur help, or is it possible to apply even if ur appeal is in process ?
ECM is sent the copy of the file from the First Tier Tribunal not frm the applicant & the tribunal do not send documents to the applicant. Dat is not the process, u r misinformed.
