Asalaam alaikum

Deep sympathies with everyone who has been refused their visas, inshallah there is good in it which we do not see as Allah swt is the best planner of all.

Anon:don't lose hope, inshallah you will be able to appeal against the decision. Contact your employer and ask him/her to give you the tax receipts and your P60. Send a copy to HMRC and get then to confirm, in the meantime get your employer to write a letter clarifying their mistake as they will have to take liability of all this. You can then use this to appeal against the decision, you have 28 days to appeal against the decision this does not mean you have to submit all your documents within 28 days. They will review your case again within 3 months and till then your tax records will be up to date inshallah. Never lose hope sis, Keep your faith in Allah swt and inshallah you will be success.

Heera: City & Guilds is an awarding organisation were as TOEIC stands for Test of English for International Communication. Your husband will need to check what test he completed as this will be clearly stated on any C&G certificate.

Janisa: check your emails, I emailed you last night.

Sana: sis inshallah there is something good in it for everyone, Allah swt does everything for the good of his creation. Keep strong sis; I know it can be hard but inshallah you will be united with your husband soon.

Remember us all in your duas
