My wife made her application at Karachi on 5th of August 2013.
Under process on 22/08/13 & still waiting,I emailed bhc and got a standard reply that they r doing their checks.
Please remember me and my wife in ur dua's as well thanx

I haven't received any docs from the BHC. It's just to send a letter to them as the company my brother works for has been renamed due to flotation on the stock market. I just wanted to inform them and provide evidence of this
I have used the above address on this site and marked it got the UK Spouse Visa Dept. Can anyone confirm that this is ok?
If anyone has received a letter asking for further documents can they kindly provide the address on the letter and department to send to.

The address to send documents is given on the top right handside of the letter u received from bhc or u can submit them at Gerry where u submitted ur visa app =)

When you send documents to BHC Islamabad, can someone confirm it's the address above and if you have to post to a certain department. I suppose this question is to the brothers and sisters who have received letter to sunbittern extra documents.

(this is reply from bhc) On 5 July 2013, the High Court in the UK handed down its judgment in a Judicial Review of the minimum income threshold for spouses/partners and children applying in the family route. Having reviewed the judgment, the UK Home Secretary has decided to pursue an appeal to the Court of Appeal (and has asked for this to be expedited).
The Home Office has therefore temporarily ‘paused’ decision-making on some spouse/partner and child settlement visa and leave to remain applications. This may be for several months at least. More information about this hold on decisions is set out on our website. In many cases we are also undertaking additional checks on sponsors income and employment.
I apologise for the inconvenience this will cause you and your family. Please refrain from further correspondence with us during this time.
